In 2014 he was a key contributor in writing the US Southern Commander’s Campaign Plan for use of Special Operations Forces and developing the measures to performance and effectiveness to assess plan success.
Kevin’s final years were in a dual role position. He was charged with leading a team as aBattalion Commander that had the role of teaching, coaching and mentoring partner National Guard and Reserve units (clients). Kevin designed the organization’s vision, strategic plan, and executed the plan with his team. He and his team provided critical feedback to increase their clients' overall effectiveness. Kevin’s military career culminated in award of the Army Legion of Merit for his service.
Post military, Kevin has held positions in Construction and Manufacturing. He worked for aNation-wide construction firm in Indiana as a Project Engineer doing scheduling and procurement. He was eventually asked to lead their Continuous Improvement Program before he and his family relocated back to Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, Kevin has led two manufacturing plants as the Plant/General Manager where he was able to increase production
efficiency by an average of 15% per month, which increased overall profit margin by 20% for a120M dollar company by leading organizational design changes and process improvements.
